The culture festival is over

Well if you have not been to a high school culture festival ( Bunkasai festival ) in Japan, you should. The high school students put many kinds of events. There are many Japanese cultural events. Such as the Japanese musical instrument called a Koto. It is a very interesting instrument. Also you can see then students do the traditional Japanese tea ceremony. There is the traditional calligraphy called Shodo. There are other events like band performances, everything from brass band groups to rock bands. My club is the English club. We did a play in English (Cinderella). The students were very nervous but they did a great job.
There are also many games and little restaurants set up in the classrooms. If you have children they would really enjoy going to Bunkasai.
