Now we are doing the grades for report cards. And things are getting a little crazy because we are preparing for bunkasai (School [culture] festival). It is very interesting because the classrooms are filled with painted banners or giant posters. So the smell of paint gives me flash backs to stranger days. It is kind of scary, because the kids are inhaling paint fumes all day.
The paint fumes cause a problem because now in (Yokohama) Japan it is getting colder so the kids don't want to open the windows in the classroom. So I have to try to make them understand that paint fumes kill brain cells and it is a good idea to keep some of them alive until at least graduation.
Other than that not much happening here.
