Transformers

Well Yesterday I got a surprise in the mail. It seems that the company that owns the restaurant LAST knows how to smooth over problems. They company is American House and I guess my wife was pretty upset when she called them. Anyway they sent my son a transformer from the movie and some free movie tickets. I was pretty impressed that the person put that much thought in to it. It was a simple way to make an unhappy customer happy again. I was touched, but I don't know if I will go back to the restaurant.
