The Weekend

Well here we are at the end of another weekend. Yesterday was an easy day, just taking care of my yard and garden. This morning I woke up early and went fishing with my son and in-laws. It all went well but no fish. We went to Hakkone, Lake Ashinoko. It is near Odawara. I wanted to do some trout fishing so we tried bank fishing. Well it works better if there is a bank to fish from. If you plan to go fishing at Ashinoko then plan on rowing out to the place you want to fish. Unless you have a license for using a motorized boat. There are ways to get your license in English here in Japan but I have not found out how yet. What I do know is that it costs about 75000 yen. The old guy at the boat docks told me that.
